She wrote me a very nice reply to a letter, but sadly she died before I could continue the correspondence. I've been wanting to reread a few favorites like Fire and Hemlock and Hexwood (and of course Howl's Moving Castle) so this is quite timely! So glad this is now officially up and running, thanks!

I've suggested I Shall Wear Midnight for selfish reasons as it's the next Tiffany Aching book on my list, and I've already read the first and Equal Rites. But whatever turns up!

As for the Howl and Sophie book, I'm happy to read that again. It also happens to tie in with the Wales Readathon event Dewithon as Howl, who is really Howell (or Hywel in Welsh) is from Swansea in South Wales, near where Diana spent a short spell during the war.

I also happen to live in a town called Crickhowell, and though it isn't really named after DWJ's Howl I like to think that Crughywel, the prehistoric hillfort above the town (which is built on a sliver of geology that eons ago slid down from the plateau above) was in its own way Howl's original moving castle... ed.pendragonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02368168344020136206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-754919688510890076.post-56870986893174682192019-02-08T08:19:57.347-08:002019-02-08T08:19:57.347-08:00Oh, and here are the Scribd links, in case your co...Oh, and here are the Scribd links, in case your commenting system allows them:
https://www.scribd.com/book/163566957/Nation
https://www.scribd.com/audiobook/237578159/NationTerry Andershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09231272900001371909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-754919688510890076.post-58217211536709961062019-02-08T08:19:18.380-08:002019-02-08T08:19:18.380-08:00A Pratchett novel I haven't heard yet!
