I have just decided to join in the Mystery Read-A-Thon! It's August 8 and 9 (today and tomorrow) and the goal is 12 hours of mystery reading. I'm going to tackle my recently acquired The Mammoth Book of New Historical Whodunits. If I finish the 564 pages (26 short stories) then I will do some re-reads of my Egyptian Whodunits book or a Josephine Tey or two.
So you will see some extra blog posts from me on Saturday (today) and Sunday as I get through twelve hours of mysteries. There may or may not be memes -- we'll have to see! And it should be obvious that I will not be doing twelve consecutive hours ... moms don't get luxuries like that!
